Terms and Conditions
1 Payment and Deposits
a Payments can be made via major credit cards or cheque. b All our rates are in pounds sterling (£)All prices are exclusive of VAT charged at 17.5%.c Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.d Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.
2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
a If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.b If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 2 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.c If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
3 General Terms and Conditions
a PRISTINE CHAUFFEURS request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings.b If you would like to book a car with less than 24 hours notice - Please call our help-line:
+44 (0) 794 77777 01.c The company chauffeur will drive at reasonable speed in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. IF TRAFFIC CONDITIONS INCLUDING ROAD CLOSURES, ACCIDENTS, UNFORESEEN HEAVY TRAFFIC AND ACTS OF GOD PREVENTS THE DRIVER FROM ARRIVING ON TIME, AND THIS IN TURN LEADS TO MISSED APPOINTMENTS/FLIGHTS/FORWARDING TRAVEL PLANS ETC.d We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred although every effort will be made to ensure the care arrives on time.e Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.f If there are any changed or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras.g There is a £20.00 late-night surcharge for any service scheduled between 12:00 am (Midnight) and 05:00 am. A surcharge of 20% will be added for services provided on Bank or Public Holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, which will be 100%.h Your Chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the client at the time.i PRISTINE vehicle(s) are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and PRISTINE shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.j PRISTINE will keep a lost property book at their office, and will endeavor to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) to the customer. k Any lost property will be kept for 7 days and then handed into the local police station and a receipt will be kept for collection.l We recommend that you allow the chauffeur to open the car door, as any damage incurred to the door you open (onto a post/other vehicle/passing motorbike/pushbike etc) shall be paid for by the client.m PRISTINE and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).n PRISTINE maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client's' statutory righ |
